[RESOLVED] Game breaks after creating floor 2

Hi
Description:
After I created a second floor on my hospital 3 bugs occured:
1. all staff and patients dissappeared
2. time stopped and could not be turned on
3. can't change which floor is viewed except in build mode

Repro steps:
Plopped out a few elevators and clicked create new floor-button. Afterwards everything breaks.

Could not attach log or movie as they were both bigger than 29.766Mb (log was around 50Mb)

Hope this can be fixed, kinda breaks the game for me.

No mods at all, only vanilla. Just installed it a few hours ago.

Hi, thanks a lot for the report and welcome to the forum!

Checking in the latest version of the game (both our development version and released version on Steam), I can see the results of the bug, but adding a new floor works as expected (the second floor in the save is in fact the roof). Could you please check what happens if you add a new floor now? We had already seen this once, but couldn't reproduce it on out side.

Hopefully this was a side effect of some issues we unfortunately introduced right before the release of Hospital Services and fixed in Patch 25.

In either case, if it happens again, could you please attach the log file? If you zip it, it should shrink to less than 1 MB. Thanks in advance!

Hi, a quick update - I think we caught it, there was a specific situation where the undo system wouldn't work nicely with a newly added floor. We have a fix ready for the next patch and hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from that point on.
