Skill levels - How do they affect staff?
Wed Mar 06, 2019 2:07 am
Hi,
I was wondering how skill levels affect staff performance. Does a doctor with 75% General Surgery perform better in the clinic than one with 1%?
Also, does a specialist work better than an intern?

Higher skill percentages will perform tasks quicker and more accurately than lower. Same with higher grade staff types (specialist highest for physicians, interns lowest). You are going to clear patients through the clinic faster with higher rated physicians, which is important as you progress through the challenges for insurance companies.
