[RESOLVED] irremovable elevator on certain floor

Normally when you use any kind of removal tool on any floor of an elevator, it removes elevators on all floors, but in my save, the 4th floor(Top floor) of one particular elevator is irremovable.
To be more specific, when I use any kind of removal tool on 1 to 3F elevators, the first three floors are normally removed, but the fourth floor elevator is not. If I use removal tool to click on the 4th floor elevator (regardless of 1-3F) , the cursor goes into dragging mode as if you're holding LB despite not, and the tool is stuck and will not respond to any further LB clicks.

Said elevator is the most North-West one.

Hi, thanks for the report! I have a fix ready for the next minor patch that should fix the problem if it gets to this stage (I can also resave the game for you with the affected elevators deleted if you want - also the top right one has this issue).

The original problem is that some of the doors in the affected elevators don't have the link to the elevator anymore - it could help us a lot in tracking down the original cause if you can still remember how you built these elevators (and have you done anything specific with the doors)? Or is this maybe a very long game that you played over different patches?

I just bought this in summer sale so no, probably the same version all along. But I did remove the door of the bugged elevator when my hospital wasn't this large and added back later, because one of the tips on loading said that removing the door of the elevator prevents it from stopping that floor. Am I misinterpreting this tip? And yes I would like my save fixed! I really want to complete my decoration.

Oops! A potential save breaking tutorial.

Hi, thanks for the update - now I know why this sounded familiar: the tutorial text has been already fixed in the development version of the game, but it will take some time before we'll be sending texts for localization.
But this basically only means that the fix from yesterday will make it to the game first in the next patch, so the issue will get resolved then.
