Happened with version 1.1.17007, during gameplay of Campaign 1
Not sure how this happened, seems like a bug in AI.

Hi, thanks for the report and welcome to the forums!
After investigating the save for a bit it looks like it's possible to place stretchers in such a way that their access point (it's highlighted with an arrow in game) ends up in mid-air and causes different weird results - the game should obviously prevent this from happening in the first place, so we'll try to include a fix for the next patch.
And I'm attaching a fixed version of the save just to be sure.
