[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Bug patients localization

Got my surgery departement upstairs and patients are going in the wrong floor to go to the reception. Description saying he's going to the reception but is actually in the emergency room Most of time, they are on the wrong floor to do something. Sometimes, it still working, but sometimes, they're stuck and waiting for "nothing".

This sounds really unusual, although there are quite a few different rules regarding the receptions - could you please upload the saved game where it happens so we can have a look at the details? Just a few notes about how the systems work:
- Patients with more dangerous symptoms are the ones that go to reception and they get a higher priority
- Only 'referral' patients go directly to a specialized departments (you can tell them by an icon in one of the corners of their portrait in patient card)
- To work efficiently, every reception needs some space for patients to wait in case there's a lot of patients coming at the same time (you can check the prefabs to see some examples)
