[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Can't control patients

First I can't control some of them, and soon I can't control all of them. When I click the button, it doesn't react.
I will show my save file and hope u can solve this problem.

Hi, you can control up to 12 patients, haven't you reached this limit? You can check the portraits on the right side of the main panel.
(We should probably switch them from being controlled automatically when they're being released, but in some cases players will want to keep them on the panel even after that I'm sure).
