How To Access Dependency Tree

I got all excited when I accidentally displayed a tree of the flowchart through the hospital. Unfortunately I did not capture the screen, figuring I could always get back to it. I cannot find it now. A post on Steam said it is displayed by a button under the name of the department, when in Management Mode, but I have no such button. Can someone help me get back to that screen? Pretty please?

yes, click statistics button bottom left of screen -->click depts icon button far top left on statistics popup window -->click on dept dependency tree button far top right of dept popup window.
