[RESOLVED] Pathology doctors and nurses needs always empty

Pathology doctors and nurses will not fill their needs, even if they're empty. The doctor's patient card is full (won't clear), but the nurse's is usually empty, so not sure if that is tied to it or not. The pathology department has a restroom and common room, so it's not a matter of not having access to those facilities.

It looks like even dead patients can be sometimes still considered critical and departments with critical patients cause their staff to stay ready at their workspaces. Pathology should of course be an exception and we now have a fix ready for the next patch.
