Hi, thanks for the message and welcome to the forum! Unfortunately I can't see the attachment - could you try the "Reply to topic" button to get to the upload form and try again? We're aware the system isn't too intuitive, you need to Browse for the file and then Submit Query to actually upload it.

Hi, thanks, I can confirm I can see the behavior on my side as well. Generally the characters prefer indoor paths, so this is mostly working 'as designed', but it's true that if they start outside, there could be an exception to the rule.
