New Disease-Military Neck

New Disease-Military Neck
This is what is happening to me right now, ha ha...
Many modern people are said to have this disease.
Corresponding department:
Orthopedics
Explanation:
The military neck is a state in which the curve of the cervical spine, which was originally gently curved, is lost by keeping the leaning posture forward for a long time, and the neck is straightened more.
Possible symptoms:
Tenderness, pain, numbness, Allodynia (CRPS)
These are caused by pressure on the nerves.
Of these three, except numbness, are the symptoms I have now...
In addition, it seems to cause various symptoms depending on the part affected by the deformation.
Definitive "symptoms" that describe the disease itself:
Deformation of the cervical spine by radiography of the neck
Treatment:
Exercise therapy/orthosis/cervical traction...etc.
I have not been treated to address this issue directly, I am prescribed a pain reliever as a symptomatic treatment, and my doctor is advised to do basically a self-stretch.
However, in severe cases, it seems that the above treatment will be given.
Supplement:
The disease usually does not cause outliers in blood tests.
Also, the microorganisms are irrelevant, so the lab will probably not be useful in diagnosing this disease.
Taking a radiograph of the neck is important, and a physical examination will find several important findings.
Probably people with this disease will not need ambulance transport and will all visit the outpatient clinic.
About localization:
In Japanese, many people call this disease "スマホ首"("smart phone neck"), and doctors call it "ストレートネック"("straight neck").

Please include the treatment "smash the smartphone with a hammer" for extra laughter.
That said: agreed - this fits nicely into the orthopedy department
Could we have hallux valgus, maybe as well, if we are already treating misgrown bones?
