Hi and thank you for your report. Was there something built on the place she is cleaning? If you upload your save file and log, we can have a look to figure this one out. Without that we can only guess. And I have not been able to reproduce it on our end.

There was a guy with dirty feet working in the pharmacy (left building) most likely. When he goes to the common room (right building), he steps on those patches of grass.

Hi, so upon some investigating it could be caused by one thing. Do you have room plan laid there on the ground? We were able to reproduce it and will talk to designer about it. In the mean time you can just delete the layout as a workaround.

Yes, there was a room plan there.
