What equipment is most suitable?

I started a new scenario with a small hospital and I want to specialize in orthopedics. I bought an X-ray and want to know what my next purchase is: CT scan or nuclear magnetic resonance? Which one is more appropriate or detects more symptoms related to orthopedics?
Money is short and I need to spend it intelligently.

hmm, can't say I really see a significant number of patients landing in Ortho that need either of those, however, my hunch tells me MRI.
