[MODDING] Bug HDD Heart Failure

As requested on steam forum

"So i have this patient with HDD Heart Failure. She's already had 5 Cardiac arrest.
I've done every available examination. She's currently in ICU.

Only thing that is grey'd out is Echo + Differential Diagnoses. 2 hidden symptoms remaining with it blinking."

Hi, thanks for the message and sharing the save on the forum! We can see you have quite a few mods installed and as we're not aware of similar issues in the vanilla game, it's quite likely one of them (or a combination) will be responsible. As we can't easily open the save without tracking down each mod on the workshop and manually copying it over to the development version of the game - could you tell us the name of the patient so we can see if we can discover something directly in the save?

Next time I have this, i'll screenshot it, it happends about every other day.

Great, thanks! It would be also very helpful if you attached a fresh save matching the screenshot so we can find the patient from the screenshot there and check their hidden symptoms etc.
