Private patient rooms

I would love to see a feature that adds private hospital rooms which patients could request and would cost more. If the hospital runs out of regular ward units, any patient assigned to the private room without requesting it would pay the regular ward price. I hate having just a giant room of beds to be efficient. Perhaps some parameter could be set defining what percentage of patients request private rooms.

I manually create these in my ICU by only placing one bed followed by all the requisite equipment.

Yes I do that too but in real life hospitals charge more for private rooms and I would like to incorporate that in to the game since economics is an integral part of the game. For example, I can have 1 defibrillator per person or per 6 if I have 6 beds in that room. So private rooms cost more to create in game and in real life but in game there's no benefit to the hospital to create them.
