Pysch ward

Recently I've been watching episodes of Barney Miller (old but great tv) and they frequently send their arrests to Bellevue hospital. Two guys and a straight jacket show up and take the new patient to the psych ward. So how about it?

A psychiatry department with therapy, testing, patient wards - everything but electroshock therapy or lobotomies. It'd bring in loads of new diagnoses.

Come to think of it, if there was a psych ward, then there would need to be security - so there'd be another whole department to plan.
And then we could see troublesome patients attempt to escape, putting the surrounding areas into lockdown until the security force could capture them and take them back to their ward in straitjackets.
I honestly think it would be fun.
