No Speech Listening on Wards?

I feel like I'm asking ALL THE QUESTIONS atm.

Ho hum.

Anyway - why isn't it possible to perform speech listening on wards? Anyone know why? We can do interview, but not speech listening?

Update: This is now fixed. In the 'diagnosesSURG', speech listening was absent from the examinations list for several conditions. I added it, and can now do speech listening on the wards

Hemolytic uremic syndrome was one of them. I think Chronic kidney disease and Cirrhosis were also having the same problem
