[NEED MORE INFO] Patients spawning with tests running

I keep having patients spawning with multiple symptoms already found, and tests underway ... but there are no walk outs where they've waited too long and are coming back because tests are running.

Hi, the game shouldn't spawn patients with extra examinations (some referral patients and patients delivered by ambulances will have some uncovered symptoms though). If you're seeing lab tests running, these will be patients from the previous day. Do you have all notifications related to patients leaving enabled? Btw, are these patients from a specific department?
One more explanation could be that these are patients that have been misdiagnosed.

They're diagnosed and treated, but still with tests running, so maybe that's causing them to come back. Which is weird, but ok, especially if they pay twice

No message of them leaving because of long wait.
