Day and Night Shift extension

Hello together, is it possible to program the function of the day and night shift so that you can create and expand your own layers? This is very well regulated in the game Hospitalized. Here you can set the layers in the hourly rhythm and create as many layers as you like.Then you can assign each staff to a shift individually

also would be nice to transfer staff between day and night shifts automatically. probably after assigning a head of department.

Seconded (although not literally as the third poster). Very much hoping shift - AND clinic hours - customisation becomes a feature even if I’m pretty sure it won’t due to potential complications if overlapping shift with employees wanting the same workspace or duties.
