This is extremely minor, but still very annoying (to me). On all 96x96 sandbox maps, the sign for the pedestrian crossing on the left spawns next to a streetlight. This prevents patients from using the footpath and forces them to walk all the way around. It can be moved/deleted as normal, but it's like nails on a chalkboard if I don't think to do it before I start.
