[OPEN LOW] Wrong UI indicator for reception marked as not accessible for patients

When I mark reception as not accessible for patients everything is working fine but the UI is indicating the reception as not existing.

Your reception color is red, meaning its blocked for patient. Changi it to green at it will work fine.
Use those hand icons to do that.

Yes its red because I made it red. I dont want patients running around in the reception. The reception IS still working fine but the UI is showing that I have no reception.
