[OPEN LOW] Animation problem when lab sink is placed behind office chair

Description

A minor animation glitch occurs when a lab technician washes their hands in a lab sink placed directly behind their office chair.  (only place where I noticed this, it could be more widespread) The washing of hands animation is incorrectly placed, too far away from the sink. Additionally, when the technician sits down again, the sitting position/animation is skewed and misaligned.

Steps to reproduce

Create a STAT Lab where a desk with office chair is placed directly adjacent to a lab sink.
