[RESOLVED NOT A BUG] Doctors stop taking patients

Description:
Doctors stop dealing with existing patients, and won't accept new patients who are waiting for an interview. Doctors idle in their offices while patients wait. This occurs for me in an otherwise apparently functional emergency department clinic. All doctors are affected. This seems to be new in the 11/16 update. Doctors seem to have many patients who have been treated but not sent home. However, sending home all patients does not seem to get the doctor working again.

Repro Steps:
Load the attached game, play until 3-5pm game time. All doctors should be stuck idling.

Well this is an interesting one! We will analyze the issue and wotk to fix it as soon as possible!

You have no Stat Lab technicians on your day shift. I hired two and all the patients who were waiting with samples to be analyzed took their samples there. When they picked up their results, then patients started entering the doctor's offices again.
