А как же онкология? + добавить бы онкологические заболевания(возможно те, которые не лечатся, а лишь поддерживаются).

I propose to add a department of paramedics, since the ambulance potential is not revealed to the end. An ambiguous bot that you do not control in any way drives an ambulance. For every ambulance, 2 people are required with their own skills. Professions:
Paramedic
EMT-B

Consumables, supplies, medicines and warehousing
When a doctor receives a patient and do the exams, we see the doctor using gloves, facial mask, bandages, medicines, and all the sort of consumables to treat a patient. We see the doctor going to cabinets, shelves, trolleys, etc. to get what he needs. I suggest that each kind of furniture hold some kinds of the consumables. For example, a cabinet for medicines, trolleys for bandages, and so on. The amount of materials will depend on the size of the furniture. As the quantity drops, someone will restore the supplies, and these supplies will be at a room called warehouse (or another name).
This suggestion is open for improvements

Staff control:
It would be interesting to see a wider control of personnel (the issuance of bonuses, fines, promotions, career growth of staff or reprimands). Based on our decisions or decisions of department heads, the employee will receive new traits / position / high salary, or vice versa dismissal / fine / reprimand in the employee’s personal card. It may be worthwhile to create a separate interface for such functionality, where the player or department heads will be able to deal with staff affairs. This will make the game more diverse as there is none anywhere else. Through the panel, it will also be possible to give vacations / diplomas or even senior positions that will help to control all this. The function seems interesting to me. These functions will make the game more diverse and help you escape from the routine of medicine, allowing you to really feel like a head doctor.
Mini games:
Add mini games when a player personally treats patients/makes analyzes/carries out checks etc. This diversifies the game and the treatment will not look monotonous. It should be fun and informative!

First of all, I'd like to send my congratulations to the wonderful team behind PH. I'm very new to this game and forum and I've noticed that many old wish list items have been added to the game already. This means that the company listens to the community!
So, my wish list:
I.Department of OBGYN
II.Department of Pediatrics
III. Critical Care Medicine
IV. Department of Psychiatry
V. Laboratory Medicine & Radiology
VI. Doctor Mode
VII. Administrative Services
VIII. Department of Traumatology - I haven't played enough yet to form my thoughts
IX. Infectious Disease Subspecialty - purchased very recently, too; to follow soon
Growing up with simulation and strategy games, I feel that this is easily the best medical sim ever.
So, my wish list:
I.
II.
III. Critical Care Medicine
- ability to override admission status and transfer the patient to a lower level of care (with consequences)
- add an isolation unit (different from ISO for non-critical infectious)
- add critical events (blinking) requiring emergency dialysis
- patients can refuse ICU admission (with consequences)
IV. Department of Psychiatry
- add a new DLC!
- Doctor's Office (examination & waiting duration x2 or longer than normal)
- Regular ward
- High dependency unit
- Nurses' station
- On-call room
V. Laboratory Medicine & Radiology
- expand microbiology lab with dedicated technologist for warding (specimen collection), PCR and level 4 biosafety (otherwise turnaround time for all other microbio tests will increase)
- unlock all lab tests; if technologist/equipment unavailable, have the option to send out (but longer turnaround time and fast decrease in patient satisfaction and insurance reimbursement)
- replace Patient Panel with throughput per equipment installed, turnaround time for tests available in institution, and which tests are running and in queue at the moment; add the Send Out (all or per request) button
- portable X-ray
VI. Doctor Mode
- Can we have the option to group the diagnostics either alphabetically or by category: Hematology, Chemistry, Histology & Pathology, Microbiology, Imaging, Clinical (physical exam maneuvers), etc.
- unlock all diagnostics, just gray out those not applicable to case
- OR unlock all diagnostics and treatment; the more incorrect items chosen, the higher risk of getting sued for malpractice and the lower the patient satisfaction and worse outcome --> I think this is quite heavy technically
- if patients not admitted can leave after waiting too long, admitted patients with very low satisfaction can also discharge against medical advice
VII. Administrative Services
- Medical Director's office
- Medical Director can take over administrative function especially if player is on Doctor Mode. Director makes recommendations to player which clinical staff need further training (can factor in misdiagnosis rate, mortality rate), and who deserve bonuses (high rating)
- all employees with low satisfaction can strike
VIII. Department of Traumatology - I haven't played enough yet to form my thoughts
IX. Infectious Disease Subspecialty - purchased very recently, too; to follow soon

I want new animations for patients vomiting or coughing in the hospital, It's also nice to have patients lying on side when undergoing gastroscope (facing the doctor) and CSF (back facing the doctor) examinations

What about odontology including facial surgery (all related to jaws)?
- doctors office (requires doctor and nurse (speciality: odontology) to assist
- head X-Ray
- professional dental cleaning (requires nurse with odontology spec)
- dental lab (manned with techs with specialization odontology) which produces fillings, inlays, crowns, brackets
- and operation theater for surgery like restorative stuff (broken jaw could move here), removing third molars (maybe this can be shared with other departments)
An dedicated ophtalmacist could be good as well there are a plethora of tests to make with special equipment
- shop selling classes
- laser surgery
- eye pressure measrement
- red-green blindness diagnosis
- refractoral indexing
diseases like myopy, hyperopy, glaukom, eye infections, object removal from eye
this might give the neuro department more breathing room

Transplant Department
Wed Apr 21, 2021 10:15 pm
Hello Project Hospital-Team,
it would be nice if we had the following department in the future:
Transplant Department
This department would have the following included:
- Transplation ambulance (for checkups of transplant patients)
- specific transplant surgery room
- transplant ITS
- hospital ward for patients before transplant and after
- transplant patients could interact with the hospital pharmacy to get medications
- patients could use the ambulances or helicopters when the organ arrives (for getting the patients to the hospital for the transplant)
the patients could be diagnosed as usual in the emergency department or otherwise and then forwarded to the transplant department!
Would be a really nice DLC and would rise awareness for organ transplantation.
Greetings,
JuengerJesu

I would be delighted with colorful medical and surgical gloves (for example, green, blue, black,...).
And also different color of the top and bottom of a uniform?
