Bedside examination

Hello I'm just wondering what was the examinations that can be done directly in the ward because i saw the update, launched the game to test it and I didn't see my doctors doing bedside examination.

Hi, all basic examinations that don't need any equipment should be performed directly at the wards - this applies to for example the initial interview, different palpations or physical examination.
