Have two or more doctors in the same room in Emergency Department

Hi everyone. In my country, in ER's, two or more doctors attend patients in the same room. I think it is a good idea to add that to Project Hospital, because it makes the game more realistic.

What do you mean? I can have a trauma center room with more than one bed and more than one doc tends to the patients at the same time. Just one doc and a nurse per bed at once. Or do you mean 2 docs team up on a patient?

I do not think this will work with the engine. It looks like treating a patient in a doctor's room goes stepwise, so I do not see any way to include a second doc. I mean I could see that one doc will put on a bandage while one will do an interview and stuff like that at the same time but it also reserves objects in the same room for more than one entity. I believe your proposal radically changes these rooms work currently. And on top of that it would double the cost for the departments with the "cheapest" diseases treated. There are however rooms, where I miss docs. For example an X-Ray room is operated by a technician and not by a M.D.
In my country, the machine is operated by a specialized nurse under supervision of an M.D. with the radiology specialization who does the diagnosis after that. Here, nurses might not do a diagnosis, they are always considered working under surveillance of a doctor. Same with the labs. There is no office for a toxicologist or pathologist supervising the lab. He could get the lab results and then call up the patients waiting while the techs and nurses concentrate on taking samples and analyzing them.
But then this is like that in my country - do not know how it is elsewhere.

It might be more realistic for some countries, but probably not for the majority, so I hope if they decide to add it that they make it optional/localized.

There are problems regarding some treatments that ought to be fixed first anyway, speaking of realism...
Like not taking a pneumothorax patient and have them ventilated at ICU (sort of quick way to kill them off), before they even get a chest tube
And in this game they never even get a chest tube for pneumothorax/hemothorax...
But oh well, we have to accept that some parts of the game isn't realistic, which is a bit sad but hey, it's just a game
Until enough doctors play it and give serious feedback on various things I guess it'll be as it is...
