[NEED MORE INFO] Janitors not cleaning rooms

As the title says i have 3 janitors for my administration department 2 of which are assigned to the pharmacy but they never actually clean the pharmacy they just go home and don't clean anything.

Really frustrating because now my hospital is hemorrhaging money.

Trying to to recreate the situation on our side, everything seems to work as expected, janitors assigned to pharmacy go clean it as soon as there are any dirty tiles there.
