Available Treatments not done?

Patients have several symptoms right? Some are life threatening, some cause discomfort, and some are just there. How come the AI doctors don't use ALL available treatments, only the life threatening ones? I will be going through my wards constantly ordering the little extra's here and there bc that's what would be done in real life and I don't understand why the AI doesn't do them all?? I like for my patients to have all of their problems treated and to be the most comfortable, but when I have like 120 patients/day and I am trying to focus on building, ambulance patients or collapsing/ICU patients; I don't have time to go through each patient in all of my wards. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this!!

Because they haven't been programmed to. There is a way to fix it, but it involves meddling around in the files.
