It's not bug. When you open general surgery department clinic, you'll get another 10 patients from AbdomiGUT insurance company (if you sign contract).

And I sign it... how? Clicking + wont work. Should I make the department?

Yes, you need to open at least general surgery GP's office and waiting room in general surgery department. Recommended are also WC, common room and lab for sample analysis.

Probably this thing should be more obvious, as you are not the first one complaining about how to get those 10 more patients.

You're right, sometimes it is not clear, what you should do to complete mission to get reward.

Just little comment. When you click on mission, the window with insurance companies is opened and you can see all tasks and rewards.

Im having the same problem. And I cant open general Surgery because it says I have to complete the insurance objective to unlock it....which is cure 40 patients, which I cant do because im only being sent 30.

In sandbox, the clinic part should be buildable for each department, hospitalization parts are rewards. On screenshot in first post is it clear: to unlock AbdomiGUT contract you need to build general surgery department (office and waiting room at least) and hire staff - doctor in office. Then AbdomitGUT asks for signing contract and grayed plus sign in insurance companies window is clickable.

1) You don't need hospitalisation to trigger an insurer, just the clinic side of things, which is on the left of the screen.

2) You need to open more departments, not just surgery. Each insurer will send another 10 patients your way plus another 2 via ambulance when you buy one. The uninsured targets are aimed at long term progression.

You just need to explore the game, try different approaches, understand how the game works. It will be no challenge for you if we will explain absolutely everything.

The insurance contracts dictate how many patients you get per day.
