Hi, thanks for the report! While we have a look at this, you can disable Automatic UI scale in options and set UI scale in such a way that everything fits on the screen. Hopefully all buttons in main menu are accessible and you're not blocked from playing.

Hi, we've added the UI scale rules for 1280 x 1024 some time ago and after a quick check it still seems to work - is it actually possible your resolution is even lower (the screenshots are 1024 × 819 pixels)?

Those resolutions are reduced when uploaded to servimg. Only 1024 pixel width image can be uploaded.

Hi, I see, thanks for clarifying!
We're investigating the option to split the UI scale to have separate values for menus (and the main bottom panel in game) and the rest of the UI, so it's possible to have for example a bigger patient card while the main panel gets scaled down to fit.
Also, maybe worth mentioning that the UI scale isn't just a toggle, with the automatic UI scale turned off you can fine-tune it with a slider, although it's probably hard to find a good compromise with the 1280x1024 resolution.
